EN:  I’m in love with Italy! Yes, it’s neither the first nor the last location I feel in love with. But, the elegance found here thrills me more than ever. I feel blessed here in Mondovi, surrounded by mountains and the silence that reigns everywhere. The heart of Mondovi is the arcaded ”Piazza Maggiore”, a place which invite to endless walks. Here, we were surprised to discover a church with a baroque facade, built in the 17th century and close to Plazza, a garden that I fell in love immediately. I think the fascination of Italy takes their beauty from these gardens with far-reaching views!

I was impressed not only by the architecture, huge gardens and tranquility of places but also by the traditions of this place. We found that Mondovi is quite famous for its local crafts, which still follow ancient traditions. Not to mention the local cuisine!  To visit Mondovi is a properly way to spoil your taste papillae! I could not refuse “raschera “, a typical cheese of the Alps.  I love its  light taste and  I want to find in Romania this raschera cheese.  About the desserts, I tried to stay away from them, so I can not relate too many about the desserts. :))

These days  we were also at the beach in Finale Ligure. The beach resort of Finale Ligure is among the most popular resorts on the western Ligurian coast. Surrounded by cliffs, by the blue of the sea and by the immensely beautiful city, we woke up in the middle of a relaxing oasis. But we want to visit the old town with their beautiful terraces and two adjoining squares: Piazza di Spagna and Piazza Vittorio Emanuele .

The elegant promenade decorated on one side and the other with palm trees, colorful animated restaurants, buildings in natural shades, of the jewelry made of pearls and gemstones, they all stole both the eyes and the heart.

The beach is very wide and stretched as far as the eye can see as opposed to small beaches in the area. But unfortunately there’s not a very fine sand beach, it has many rocks and stones, but the water is very beautiful. The kids had an awesome time even if whwn we got there the waves were pretty big.

Tired, but happy because we were discovered this part of Italy!

Can’t wait to write you again from here!
