Sportul meu in sarcina

Desi mereu am fost convinsa de faptul ca sportul este benefic pe parcursul sarcinii, mereu m-am intrebat care este limita in perioada aceasta, asta deoarece vad tot mai multe mamici care fac sport pentru a-si mentine  corpul tonifiat, desi sunt insarcinate. Recunosc, eu nu am pus mare accent pe sport in ultimul timp, ci am preferat, mai degraba, plimbarile lungi, in aer liber (ps: cred ca ati observat cat timp petrec in natura din postarile mele de Facebook si Instagram).

Mai mult, mi se pare ca timpul meu este tot mai limitat, inca ma impart intre intalniri si cursurile lui Achim de dans si inot, cumparaturile in piata sau vizitele la medicul meu. Si incerc sa ma ingrijesc cat mai mult de familie, pentru ca nu imi doresc sa fiu o mamica menajata! J)

Dar sa revenim la sport, pentru ca mi-am propus sa incep sa execut, asa cum faceam inainte, niste serii scurte de exercitii care sa ma mentina sanatoasa. Asa ca mi-am propus sa ma apuc de yoga, deoarece stiu din surse sigure ca exercitiile de yoga sunt recomandate pe parcursul sarcinii, atata timp cat ne luam masuri sigure de precautie si nu exageram, bineinteles. Eu cred mult in echilibru!

Yoga ne imbunatateste respiratia, ceea ce inseamna ca ne ajuta cu solicitarile fizice ale sarcinii, travaliul sau sarcina. Mai mult, yoga ne ofera starea de liniste fizica si emotionala de care avem nevoie pe parcursul sarcinii, v-am mai povestit ca nu trebuie sa fim stresate pe parcursul sarcinii, va amintiti?

Totusi, inainte de a merge la o astfel de sala, trebuie sa tinem cont de urmatoarele reguli:

In primul rand, trebuie sa ne asiguram ca instructorul a aflat ca suntem insarcinate, si in ce trimetru al sarcinii ne aflam.

Este indicat, ca dupa primul trimestru al sarcinii, sa nu executam exercitii care implica spatele, deoarece acestea pot reduce fluxul sanguin la nivelul uterului.

In plus, trebuie sa evitam pozitiile care ne solicita muschii, in special muschii abdominali.

Ascultarea propriului corp este cea mai importanta, atunci cand simtit ca este prea mult, trebuie sa ne oprim. In momentul in care simtim un disconfort, este indicat sa schimbam pozitia corpului si tipul de exercitii executate.

Daca va doriti sa continuati exercitiile acasa, trebuie insa sa stiti ca abdomenele nu sunt indicate de executat decat in primul trimestru. Supravegherea atenta a unui antrenor este foarte importanta, asa ca mi s-ar parea extraordinar sa particip la o clasa de yoga tot cu mamici. Cred ca am avea multe de povestit!

Cat am fost gravida cu Achim am facut acasa yoga prenatal. Simteam nevoia de mai multa liniste si intimitate. Atunci mi-am comandat o serie interesanta de dvd-uri insa acum e mult mai simplu pentru ca sunt multe cursuri interesante si variate pe youtube.

Eu imi propun sa ma apuc din nou de yoga, voi ce sporturi practicati in aceasta perioada?

EN:  Although I have always been convinced that exercising in pregnancy is beneficial, I was always curious about the limit in this period, because I see more and more mothers doing sports in order to stay fit like a pro during the pregnancy. I admit , I haven’t practiced any sports during this period instead I preferred  to go for a walk (ps : I think you’ve noticed I spent a lot of time in nature from my Facebook and Instagram posts).

Moreover, I find that my time becoming increasingly limited, because I’m still divided between meetings and Achim’s  dance and swimmimng courses, shopping at the market or visits to my doctor. And I still try to take care of my family as much as possible, because I don’t want to be a spoiled mother! :))

But back to the sport discussion, because I proposed to myself to start doing, as I did before, some short home workouts to keep myself healthy. So , I ‘ve proposed to myself to attending a regular yoga class or just doing it at home because I know yoga can be very beneficial during pregnancy, as long as you take certain precautions. I believe in a balanced life!

Yoga helps you breathe, which in turn can help you adjust to the physical demands of pregnancy, labor or birth. It calms both mind and body, providing the physical and emotional stress relief your body needs throughout pregnancy, I already told you about how important is to avoid the stress during the pregnancy, do you remember this?

Here are some recommended guidelines before to attending a yoga class:

Firstly, it’s important to tell to the instructor we’re pregnant, and which trimester we’re in.

It’s important to avoid doing poses on our back after the first trimester – they can reduce blood flow to the uterus.

Moreover, we should avoid poses that stretch the muscles too much, particularly the abdominals.

Listen carefully to our body is important. If we feel any discomfort, we should stop. We’ll probably need to modify each pose as your body changes.

If you want to continue the exercises at home, you must know that abdominal crunches are generally fine in the first trimester. Close supervision of a coach is very important, so I find it extraordinary to attending a yoga class geared to pregnant women.  I think I have much to tell to them!

While I was pregnant with Achim I did at home prenatal yoga . I felt the need for more serenity and privacy. Then I ordered a couple interesting DVDs but now it’s much easier because there are many interesting and various classes on youtube.

I propose to myself to start doing yoga again. Which type of activities do you practice in this period?
