My favourite essential oils this summer

Sunt innebunita dupa uleiurile esentiale si cred foarte mult ca ele au puterea de a ne conecta cu propriul corp, propria respiratie, propriile simturi. Iar vara, mai ales dupa expunerea indelungata la soare, abia astept sa le aplic pe piele pentru a-i conferi hidratare. Nu tanjesc doar dupa experienta olfactiva in sine, ci si dupa ritualul de aplicare, care ma binespune de fiecare data. 🙂

Acum vreau sa va spun care sunt uleiurile de care m-am indragostit. Nu sunt putine la numar, de aceea nici nu mi-am propus sa le iau pe toate cu mine in vacanta. Ma limitez la cel de lavanda si cocos pentru calatoriile lungi, cu familia, insa in dulapiorul meu, ascund bine toate aceste uleiuri.

Iata ce gasiti la mine:

 

Uleiul de lavanda

Este un ulei ce alunga starile de anxietate si imbunatateste calitatea somnului, relaxeaza musculatura, si…cel mai important pentru aceasta perioada a anului, este antibacterian. Pielea uscata, poate fi tratata, de asemenea, cu uleiul de lavanda.a4735336b15bb0b93a06c670e4f4e899

Uleiul de menta

Stiu sigur ca acest ulei imbunatateste calitatea somnului, desfunda sinusurile  si reduce febra. Merita incercat nu numai pentru efectele sale benefice, ci si pentru textura sa.peppermint-oil

Uleiul de patchouli

Este un ulei foarte concetrat, de aceea, ai nevoie doar de cateva picaturi pentru un ritual de ingrijire ca la carte. Foloseste-l in cazul pielii uscate, mature, afectate de razele soarelui.

 

Uleiul de caise

L-am folosit si va spun sincer ca acest ulei unul uşor, apreciat pentru efectul regenerator, iluminator, hidratant, de întinerire și revitalizare a pielii.Apricot-Seed-Oil

 

Uleiul de cocos

Desi e ultimul pe lista aceasta, e primul in topul preferintelor mele. Iubesc textura, parfumul si finetea sa. Hidrateaza atat de intens, si in plus, poate fi aplicat si pe par.Coconut-Oil-Web

 

Astept sa imi spuneti care sunt ritualurile voastre de ingrijire a pielii pe parcursul verii. Sunt tare curioasa sa aflu ce uleiuri ati mai incercat si v-au placut.

Now I want to tell you which are my favourites ones.
There are no few in number, so I decided not to take all these with me on vacation. I limit myself to  the lavender and coconut oils for long trips with my family, but in my cupboard are hiding all these good oils.

Here are the oils from my cupboard:

Lavender oil

This  oil can be used as an anti-anxiety sleep aid, a muscle relaxant, and…more important for this period of time, is an antibacterial oil. Dry skin, could be treated, also with this oil.

Peppermint oil

I am convinced that this oil improves sleep quality, open your sinuses and reduce fever. This one deserves to be tried not only for benefic effects but also for the texture.

Patchouli oil

This oil is highly concentrated so you only need a drop in a blend, making it perfect for skin care by the book.  Use it for mature, dry, affected by the sun skin.

Apricot oil

I used this oil and I honestly tell you that this one is  praised for its regenerating, enlightening , moisturizing effects, rejuvenating and revitalizing the skin.

Coconut oil

Although this is the last on the list , it’s in my top of choices . I love coconut oil texture, fragrance and finesse.This intensely moisturizes, and in addition, can be applied to the hair.
