Ingredients for a good hydration

Stiu ca toate ne dorim un ten  perfect  hidratat chiar si in sezonul  rece,  de aceea, am  cautat  pentru  voi ingredientele  necesare unui ten sanatos. In  general,  imi doresc  sa ma informez  cat mai mult cu privire la ingrijirea delicata a pielii si sa tin cont de alimentatie si de hidratarea cu apa. In ultima luna, am facut din acest consum un ritual haios si m-am  folosit chiar de un water  reminder  pentru a nu uita ca trebuie sa am grija de tenul  meu si nu numai.

Cat despre alimentele indispensabile ingrijirii pielii, pot sa ma spun ca din lista mea nu lipsesc:

Avocado, asta deoarece  detine o concentratie mare de acizi grasi, ce au menirea de a hidrata si calma tenul, facand  pielea  sa arate mai supla si mai radianta. Dincolo de  consumarea  aproape zilnica a acestui  aliment, eu  il aplic direct pe fata, iar rezultatele ma incanta de fiecare data.avocado-main

Fructele de padure, ce au o concentratie mare de antioxidanti si contin, pe langa vitaminele A si C, antociani si acid elagic, substante care minimalizeaza inflamatiile si previn distrugerea tesutului pielii sunt ideale pentru hidratarea intense a pielii. Stiu ca medicii recomanda consumarea unui bol de fructe de padure ca gustare intre mesele pricipale ale zilei.fructe-de-padure

Castravetele, ce  are in compozitia sa un continut bogat de apa(aproximativ 96%), fiind recomandat mai ales pentru eliminarea sebumului din zona T, deoarece creeaza  un  finisaj mat. Eu il aplic in zona delicata a ochilor.castravete

Mango, nu pot renunta la acest aliment, asta deoarece  apreciez  mult gustul , dar si efectele consumului  sau. Rodia, care face minuni multumita continutului ridicat de antioxidanti. Recent citisem ca rodiile maresc productia de colagen proprie pielii si contribuie la reducerea ridurilor. Morcovul  este unul dintre alimentele  favorite, asta pentru ca am observat cum ii reda pielii mele vitalitate si culoare. Incerc sa consum cat mai mult suc de morcovi, deoarece este un bun anti-inflamator si contribuie la reinnoirea si hidratarea pielii, redandu-i  stralucire si fermitate.Morcovul contine multe substante nutritive esentiale pentru organismul uman

Dincolo de consumul acestor alimente sanatoase, incerc sa aplic, atunci cand timpul imi permite, uleiuri esentiale in diverse amestecuri cu uleiuri de baza. Stiu, de pilda, ca uleiul de avocado este  excelent  pentru  ten, previne ridurile mici din jurul ochilor si confera elasticitate si suplete epidermei. Puteti incerca sa le combinati cu  uleiul de migdale, de masline sau de susan.

I know that all of us wish to have a perfect complexion hydrated even in winter, so I searched for you the ingredients necessary for a healthy complexion. In general, I wish to be more informed about the care of delicate skin and take into account nutrition and hydration with water also. Last month, I made this a fun ritual and I even used a water reminder not to forget that I need to take care of my skin.

As for skin care foods which are indispensable, I can say that from my hydration  list are not lacking:

Avocado, because it has a high concentration of fatty acids, which are meant to hydrate and soothe the skin, make the skin look more supple and more radiant. Beyond consuming almost daily this wonder fruit, I apply it directly on the face, and the results delight me every time.

Berries, which have a high concentration of antioxidants and contain in addition to vitamins A and C, anthocyanins and ellagic acid, which minimises the inflammations and prevent destruction of skin tissue are ideal for the intense hydration of the skin. I know that doctors recommend eating a bowl of fruit as a snack between main meals of the day.

Cucumber, in his rich composition of water (about 96%) is being recommended especially for elimination of sebum in the T area, because it creates a matte finish. I apply it in the delicate eye area.

Mango, I can’t give up on this one, that’s because I appreciate much the taste, but also the effects of consumption. It contains vitamin C and is essential for building collagen, regardless of the means by which we use (eaten as such or in the form of a mask).

The pomegranate, which does wonders thanks to its high content of antioxidants. I recently read that pomegranates increase collagen production of the skin and helps to reduce wrinkles. Furthermore, the pomegranate contains an ingredient effectively reduces the risk of skin cancer.

The carrot is one of favorite foods, that’s because I noticed how it restores my skin vitality and color. I try to consume as much carrot juice as I can, because it is a good anti-inflammatory and contribute to the renewal and skin hydration, smoothness making it shiny and firm.

Beyond the consumption of healthy foods,I try to apply, when time allows me, various essential oils blended with essential oils. I know, for instance, that avocado oil is excellent for wrinkles, prevents the appeareance of the lines around the eyes and gives the skin elasticity and suppleness. You can try to blend them with almond oil, sesame or olive.
