High-antioxidant tea

Prepararea ceaiului, la fel ca savurarea sa, a devenit un ritual pentru mine. Aleg aroma in functie de starea de spirit si ma bucur de gustul sau in diminetile in care ma rasfat citind o carte frumoasa, departe de agitatia orasului.

Insa, chiar si atunci cand nu iau parte la  acest ritual, incerc sa consum cat mai multe ceaiuri. Ceaiurile antioxidante, cel alb, verde si negru sunt preferatele mele, asta deoarece au un continut  bogat de saruri minerale, flavonoizi si vitamine. Mai mult, acestea protejeaza organismul impotriva radicalilor liberi, responsabili de imbatranirea celulelor.

Sunt pasionata de tot ce inseamna ceaiuri si produse naturiste, asa ca am fost curioasa sa descopar care sunt diferentele dintre aceste trei tipuri de ceai, avand in vedere ca toate provin din aceeasi planta-Camellia sinensis, si am aflat ca sunt culese si procesate prin tehnici diferite.

Ceaiul alb, cules inca de cand planta este tanara, este considerat ca fiind cel mai bogat in antioxidanti, avand rolul de a preveni aparitia celulelor canceroase si de a proteja inima si sistemul imunitar. Sunt zile in care imi fac comprese sau bai pentru ten cu astfel de ceai, iar rezultatele ma incanta de fiecare data.

Ceaiul verde, considerat a fi ceaiul cu cel mai mare continut de antioxidanti, datorita tehnicii mai putin distructive asupra frunzelor, este aliatul curelor de detoxifiere, deoarece substantele pe care le contine acceleaza arderea grasimilor, reducand absorbtia lipidelor si a glucidelor.

Ceaiul negru, bogat in aminoacizi, fosfor, potasiu, vitaminele B1, B2, C  inlocuieste cafeaua, deoarece contine cofeina, si este indicat, de asemenea, in curele de slabire.

Care este preferatul vostru?

The tea preparation, like the enjoyment of drinking it, became  a ritual for me. I choose the flavour according to my mood and I enjoy the taste of it in the mornings when I spoil myself  reading a great book, away from the noisy city.

But, even when  I don’t take part in this ritual, I try to consume as many tea flavors as possible. The antioxidant teas , the white, green and black ones  are my favorite ones, this is because they are high in mineral salts, flavonoids and vitamins. Moreover, these teas  protect  the organism against the free radicals, responsible for  the cell  aging.

I am passionate about all that teas mean and natural products, so I was curious to discover  what are the differences between these three type of teas, considering  that all come from the same plant- Camellia sinensis and I discover that these are collected and processed in  different  techniques.

The white tea, picked when the plant is still young, is considered to be the highest in antioxidants, having the role of preventing  cancer cells and protecting the heart and the immune system. There are days when I make compresses  or face bath with this type of  tea, and the results always delight me.

The green tea, considered to be the highest in antioxidants, because of the less distructive techniques on the leafes, is the ally of the  detox cures because of the substances which accelerate fat burning, reducing the absorbtion of lipids and carbohydrate.

The black tea, high in amino acids, pshosphorus, potassium, B1, B2, C vitamins  is my favourite because contains caffeine and it’s also indicated in diets.
