Cum ne bronzam in sarcina?

Pentru ca si mie imi place sa am putina culoare mai ales pe perioada verii, m-am gandit sa vorbim si despre asta. Despre cum sa ne bronzam in siguranta pe timpul sarcinii.

Eu am fost chiar ieri la unul dintre locurile mele favorite cu piscina, unde si Achim se simte bine si unde ma simt si eu in largul meu.

Razele soarelui sunt daunatoare dupa cum probabil stiti deja, nu numai in sarcina, ci pentru orice persoana  care se expune lor.

In general doctorii sunt ingrijorati cand vine vorba despre expunerea la soare pentru viitoarele mamici. Se pare ca anumite studii au aratat ca expunerea la soare poate avea legatura cu deficienta de acid folic, ceea ce stim ca nu este deloc in regula, pentru ca aceasta duce la dezvoltarea anumitor afectiuni  ale fatului, cum ar fi spina bifida. Acesta este deosebit de important mai ales in primul trimestru de sarcina.

In orice caz, se pare ca pielea este mult mai sensibila pe parcursul acestei perioade asadar atentia noastra trebuie sa fie maxima.

Mie doctorul mi-a spus sa nu imi expun burtica la soare, si de aceea port in aceasta perioada costume de baie intregi. Hidratarea este si ea extrem de importanta. O viitoare mamica se poate simti mai rapid in caldura extrem de dezhidratata.

Eu nu ma expun foarte mult la soare. Stau cate un sfert de ora sau jumatate de ora dupa amiaza tarziu ( ieri am stat incepand cu ora sapte:) si stau mai mult la umbra. Din cand in cand, in timp ce citesc, scot cate cinci, zece minute picioarele la soare, nu extraordinar de mult pentru ca nu vreau sa imi incalzesc organismul excesiv, un alt lucru daunator pentru o gravida.

Insa chiar si asa m-am bronzat un pic, prin expuneri mici, repetate.

Echilibrul e important in toate. De asemenea o crema cu un factor bun de protectie este extrem de necesara. Si neaparat o palarie. Nu o sa ma vedeti niciodata la plaja fara palarie pentru ca oricum am un ten deschis si sunt foarte sensibila.

Voi ce alte lucruri ati descoperit despre cum sa te bronzezi sanatos in timpul sarcinii? Abia astept sa le aflu.

The sun’s rays are harmful as you probably already know, not only during pregnancy but also for any person who exposes to them.

Generally speaking doctors are worried when it comes to sun exposure for future mums. It seems that some studies have shown that sun exposure may be related to folate acid deficiency, which we know is not right, because it leads to the development of certain diseases of the fetus, such as spina bifida. This is particularly important especially in the first trimester of pregnancy.

In any case, it looks like the skin is much more sensitive during this period so our attention should be pushed to the max.

My doctor told me not I expose my baby bump to the sun, and therefore I wear during this period one-piece swimwear. Hydration is also extremely important. A future mom may feel faster in heat highly dehydrated.

I do not expose myself a lot to the sun. I sit a quarter of an hour or half an hour late in the afternoon (yesterday I sun bathed around seven pm) and stay longer in the shade. Once in a while, while I read, I take my feet out for ten minutes into the Sun, not extraordinarily much because I don’t want to overheat my body, another thing harmful to a pregnant woman.

But even so I tanned a bit, through repeated small exposures.

Balance is important in all. Also a cream with a good SPF is extremely necessary. And maybe a hat. You’ll never see me at the beach without hats because anyway I have a light complexion and I’m very sensitive.
