Ce mananc pentru a avea o zanuta perfect sanatoasa?

Mereu am fost convinsa ca pot aduce imbunatariri  alimentatiei si stilului meu de viata, iar cursul de fitness pe care l-am terminat cu ceva timp in urma, m-a ajutat enorm!  Acum, in sarcina imi doresc sa ii ofer zanutei mele alimente cat mai nutritive pentru a se dezvolta.  Calciul, potasiul si cromul sunt substantele benefice pe care tin neaparat sa le introduc in dieta mea pentru a avea o fetita perfect sanatoasa!

De ce tin neaparat sa introduc alimente care au in compozitia lor calciu? Deoarece aceasta substanta este esentiala pentru formarea si dezvoltarea sanatoasa a inimii, a muschilor si a nervilor bebelusului, dar si pentru sustinerea un ritm cardiac normal  si a dezvoltarii abilitatii de coagulare a sangelui. De aceea, insuficienta calciului il poate impiedica pe bebelus sa isi extraga  necesarul de calciu din al nostru, al mamicilor, ceea ce va avea repercusiuni asupra sanatatii mai tarziu. Asa frumos mi-a explicat medicul specialist, deci trebuie sa il credem pe cuvant. Asa m-am hotarat sa consum zilnic (sau aproape zilnic) seminte de susan, mozarella, seminte de chia, iaurt degresat si branza de vaci.

Potasiul, cea de-a doua substanta necesara dezvoltarii armonioase a placentei, este un mineral cu rol important in mentinerea echilibrului electrolitic si in trimiterea de impulsuri nervoase. Pentru a ma asigura ca zanuta mea preia o doza suficienta de potasiu, consum 2 bucatele de ciocolata neagra pe zi, migdale sau fistic. Si cartofii copti in coaja sunt bogati in potasiu, si foooarte deliciosi daca le adaugam putin unt. Ce spuneti de aceasta idee pentru cina?

Sa nu uitam de crom! Desi organismul nostru are nevoie de o cantitate mica de crom, pe parcursul sarcinii aceasta substanta este foarte importanta. Cromul ajuta organismul sa descompuna si sa depoziteze grasimile, carbohidratii si proteinele. In plus, aceasta ajuta la reglarea productiei de insulina pentru a mentine nivelul normal de glucoza in sange. Ce spuneti de niste broccoli? Dar despre o portie de cartofi fierti  cu putin usturoi deshidratat? Sau va e pofta de o portie de piept de curcan? Toate aceste alimente contin crom, substanta ce asigura stocarea normala a proteinelor in corpul in dezvoltare al bebelusului.

Sunt tare curioasa sa aflu ce alimente consumati sau ati consumat si voi, mamicilor, in sarcina!
