Ce facem cu pofta de fast food?

Cu ceva timp in urma, auzisem un medic care vorbea despre poftele din timpul sarcinii. Mi s-a parut foarte interesant sa aud ca aceste pofte nu ar fi neaparat reale, ci ar tine, mai degraba,  de nevoia mamicilor de a fi rasplatite pentru tot efortul depus. Facandu-si poftele, sunt rasfatate si simt ele ca asta ar fi un mod de a li se recunoaste meritul.

Si eu inteleg foarte bine sentimentul, doar ca recunosc, atunci cand simt nevoia sa mananc ceva deosebit, incerc sa gasesc o alternativa sanatoasa. ( evident, nu imi iese de fiecare data:))

Pentru ca au fost cateva viitoare mamici care mi-au marturisit ca au pofta de fast food, m-am gandit sa va scriu despre unele alegeri care, cred eu, nu ne-ar sabota atat de mult silueta, desi nu sunt sanatoase. Cred ca este foarte important sa gasim un echilibru, sa ne facem poftele, insa fara a exagera.

De exemplu, in loc de a ne comanda o portie mare de cartofi prajiti, putem alege sa consumam una mica, fara a consuma si un sos bogat caloric. Iar in locul unui Big Mac, am putea alege un sandvis cu pui la gratar cu  mai putine calorii.

Iata cu ce ce putem inlocui anumite alimente nesanatoase si incarcate cu calorii.

In loc de :

Inghetata  – iaurt inghetat, inghetata dietetica sau sorbet. Eu am descoperit un sorbet delicios de mango pe care il mananc de fiecare data cand am pofta de inghetata.

O doza de cola – apa minerala cu putin suc natural de fructe sau suc de lamaie

Pizza  – comandati sau preparati o pizza cu blat integral cu un topping de legume sau rosii si foarte putin parmezan

Gogosi  sau produse de patiserie – o felie de chec cu stafide din faina integrala daca se poate

Cartofi prajiti – cartofi dulci copti sau “cartofi prajiti” din morcovi

Sos de smantana – iaurt grecesc

Hamburger – un sandvis sanatos cu pui sau curcan la gratar, legume la gratar si paine integrala

Pentru desert, fast food-urile ofera alternative sanatoase, felii de mar sau iaurt. Putem trisa si cu un cheescake, nu? Din cand in cand meritam sa ne facem poftele!

Ps: Ma bucur sa va stiu aproape si sa ne marturisim experientele si poftele aici, pe blog! Voi cum va descurcati cu poftele pentru alimente nesanatoase?

EN: A long time ago, I’ve heard a doctor speaking about pregnancy cravings.  It was found very interesting to hear that these cravings wouldn’t be real instead they would rather be considered a rewarded for all the effort of the future mothers. Making her cravings, they feel pampered, a way to recognize they merit.

And I understand very well the feeling, believe me, I just admit , when I feel the urge to eat something else, I try to find a healthy alternative (obviously I don’t succeed every time:)).

Because there were some mothers who told me about they fast food cravings during the pregnant period, I want to tell you about some choices which could not sabotage our silhouette, even if they aren’t healthy. I think it’s very important to find a balance, to make our food cravings, but without excess.

For example, instead of order a large serving of fries, we can choose to eat a small one, without consuming  a sauce too high in kcal. And instead of a Big Mac , we could pick a grilled chicken sandwich with fewer calories.
Here’s what we can do to replace certain unhealthy foods loaded with calories.

Instead of :

Ice cream  –  eat frozen yogurt, diet ice cream or sorbet. I have discovered a delicious mango sorbet which I eat whenever I’m craving for ice cream.

A dose of cola – one glass of mineral water with a little fruit juice or lemon juice

Pizza – order or prepare a pizza crust with integral with a topping of vegetable or tomato and a small amount of parmesan

Doughnuts or pastries – a slice of plain cake with raisins made of whole wheat if possible

Fries – baked sweet potato or carrot fries

Cream sauce – greek yogurt

Hamburger – choose a healthy grilled chicken or turkey sandwich with grilled veggies

For dessert, fast food restaurants offer us healthy alternative , slices of apple or yogurt. From time to time, we can cheat  a cheesecake, can’t we? There are days when we could make our food cravings!
