Am racit! Cum ma tratez in sarcina?

Dragile mele, mi-a prins tare bine conversatia noastra prin mesaje  de pe Facebook. Am aflat o gramada de informatii noi despre cum sa iti tratezi raceala in sarcina.

Dupa cum stiti deja, ieri mi-am petrecut toata ziua in pat. Asa ca m-am hotarat sa fac cercetari serioase si sa va scriu ce am aflat despre cum sa tratezi raceala in sarcina.

Mi-am sunat si medicul, si am discutat despre aceste aspecte si dupa ce am mai facut cateva investigatii pe cateva blog-uri mai serioase am tras cateva concluzii.

  • Ceaiurile :  sunt foarte bune insa trebuie sa fiti atente ce ceaiuri consumati in sarcina.

De obicei cand racim ni se recomanda ceaiurile cu multa lamaie. In sarcina insa atentia trebuie sa fie sporita cand vine vorba despre consumul de ceaiuri pentru ca anumite plante pot fi daunatoare evolutiei sarcinii. Mie mi s-a recomdat sa beau ceai de tei, mai ales seara, insa nu in cantitati mari. Alte ceaiuri potrivite pentru raceala in sarcina sunt : ceaiul de lamaie si lime (continut mare de vitamina C) , ceaiul de fructe, ceaiul de macese (are continut ridicat de vitamina C) si ceaiul de ghimbir (foarte indicat si in perioada de greturi – eu l-am folosit si a dat rezultate) . Ele pot fi consumate in cantitati mari, cu miere, pentru a ne hidrata si trata mai rapid raceala.

Nu sunt indicate:

Ceaiul de musetel (pe care in mod normal il bem atunci cand suntem raciti)  si ceaiul de menta se consuma cu moderatie in sarcina (menta e stimulent uterin).

Ceaiul alb, desi mi-ati scris despre el, nu este recomandat in sarcina. Contine cofeina ( cantitatea de cofeina este putin mai mare decat cea continuta de ceaiul verde).

Ceaiul cu hrean – desi mi-ati scris despre el se pare ca este contraindicat in sarcina si alaptare.

  •  Paracetamolul

Acetaminofenul este un medicament la care apeleaza adesea multe femei insarcinate, deoarece este util atat in tratarea durerilor, cat si in reducerea febrei. Consumat cu moderatie poate fi cu siguranta de ajutor. Mi-a fost recomandat si mie de catre medicul meu, insa cu siguranta nu l-as lua fara sfatul medicului care ne poate informa exact si asupra efectelor adverse.

Chiar daca spectrul simptomelor si afectiunilor asupra carora actioneaza este destul de larg, medicii recomanda administrarea cu prudenta a acestui medicament in sarcina si doar in terapii pe termen foarte scurt.

  • Oscillococcinum

Intotdeauna am considerat ca este un aliat important  impotriva imunitatii scazute (chiar si la bebelusi) si poate fi folosit si pentru a preveni, nu numai pentru a trata. O doza pe saptamana previne imbolnavirea, insa el e recomandat si pe perioada racelii pentru ca intareste sistemul imunitar.

  • Mierea

Mierea este un antibiotic natural , un puternic aliat impotriva infectiilor bacteriene. Unul dintre cele mai cunoscute tratamente naturiste pentru prevenirea si tratarea racelilor este amestecul de miere cu lamaie, din care sa iei doua lingurite pe zi.

  •  Citricele

Citricele sunt excelente  în lupta cu răceala şi gripa. Mie imi plac tare mult si le consum oricum. Specialiştii recomandă un consum mai mare de fructe şi legume, dar în special citrice, în această perioadă rece din an pentru ca sunt bogate în vitamina C, care are rolul nu doar de a lupta cu răcelile ci si multe alte beneficii asupra sanatatii.

  • Supa                  

Supa este un delicios remediu natural impotriva racelii. Fie ca alegeti o supa de legume sau una cu carne cu siguranta va functiona. Datorita vitaminelor furnizate de legume si a proteinelor din carne, aceasta lupta impotriva racelii, intarind sistemul imunitar.

  • Hidratarea 

In aceasta perioada avem cea mai multa nevoie de hidratare. Corpul se deshidrateaza, de aceea este nevoie sa consume foarte multe lichide. Sucurile naturale din fructe proaspete, apa, ceai, supa, acestea pot sa ne ofere vitaminele de care avem nevoie, nutrientii si aportul de lichide care ne  lipsesc.

Astept cu drag sa imi scrieti aici si despre remediile pe care voi le folositi pentru lupta impotriva racelii pe perioada de sarcina. Va imbratisez!

My dear friends, I  really think that the messages you sent to me on Facebook yesterday helped.  I learned a lot of new information about how to treat colds during pregnancy.

As you already know, yesterday I spent all day in bed. So I decided to do serious research and to write what I learned about how to treat colds during pregnancy.

I called and my doctor, and we discussed these issues and after we made some investigations on some serious blogs I pulled some good conclusions.

  • Teas are great but be careful whenever you drink tea in pregnancy.

Usually when we have the flu, we are recommended teas with plenty of lemon. But we must have increased attention when it comes to consumption of certain herbal teas because they can be harmful to pregnancy evolution. Recommended to  me was to drink linden tea in the evening, but not in large quantities. Other teas suitable for colds in pregnancy are:  lemon and lime (high in vitamin C), fruit tea,  rosehips tea (is high in vitamin C), ginger tea (highly recommended and during sickness – I’ve used it and gave great results). They can be drank in large quantities with honey to moisturize and treat our cold faster.

Not indicated :

Chamomile tea (which we normally drink when we catch a cold) and mint tea must be consumed in moderation during pregnancy (mint is uterine stimulant).

White tea, although you have written about it, is not recommended in pregnancy. It contains caffeine (the caffeine content is slightly higher than that contained in green tea).

Tea with horseradish – although you have written about it, it seems to be contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

  • Paracetamol

Acetaminophen is a medicine that appeals to many pregnant women often because it is useful in treating both pain and in reducing fever. Consumed in moderation can definitely help. It was recommended to me by my doctor, but certainly I would not take no doctor who can tell us exactly and adverse effects.

Even if the spectrum of symptoms and diseases on which the act is broad enough, doctors recommend taking this drug with caution in pregnancy and only in the very short term therapies.

  • Oscillococcinum

I have always considered it an important ally against low immunity (even for babies) and can be used to prevent, not only to treat. A weekly dose prevents disease, but it is recommended during cold that strengthens the immune system.

  • Honey

Honey is a natural antibiotic, a strong ally against bacterial infections. One of the most popular natural treatments for preventing and treating colds is mixture of honey with lemon from which to take two teaspoons a day.

  • Citrus fruits 

Citrus fruits are excellent in fighting colds and flu. I likethem very much and I eat them anyway. Specialists recommend a higher consumption of fruits and vegetables, especially citrus for this time of year because they are rich in vitamin C, which acts not only to fight colds but also have many other health benefits.

  • Soup

Soup is a delicious natural remedy against colds. Whether you choose a vegetable soup or a meat one, it will definitely work. Because vegetables and vitamins and the proteins provided by meat  fight colds, and they are strengthening the immune system.

  • Hydration

In this period we have the much needed hydration. The body dehydrates , so we need to consume plenty of fluids. Fresh fruit juices, water, tea, soup, they can offer us the vitamins we need, and the nutrients and fluid intake that we lack.
